FAQs

Wi-Fi device type:
1、 Power on the device and wait for the device to enter the red and blue light blinking alternately;
2、Install “NiView” APP — Click the “+” sign — Select the Wi-Fi type — Click “Start Connection” – – Select commonly used WiFi (only support 2.4G) and enter the password — Click “Generate QR Code” — Wait for the device to scan the QR code successfully and hear the “drop” sound, then click “I’ve heard the device beep” , wait for adding — complete the binding.
4G device type:
1、Power on the device, wait for the voice prompt of the device: “Accessing the network, 4G network connection is successful, the device is waiting to be bound”, at the same time, the device enters into the state of red and blue lights flashing alternately;
2、Install “NiView” APP — Click “+” sign — Select 4G type — Click “Start connecting” — Click “Connect”. – Scan the QR code of the device and wait for adding — Finish the binding.

Click “Settings” — “Detection Settings” — “Motion Detection” to select the detection distance according to the actual needs.

Click “Settings” — “Detection Settings” — “Human Detection” to select the detection sensitivity according to the actual needs.

1、The device does not support power consumption management:
Click “Settings” — “Memory Card” — “Full-time Recording” to turn on the full-time recording switch.
Reminder: After turning on full-time video recording, the device will not sleep and work, so it is recommended to plug it in and turn it on according to the actual demand.
2、The device supports power consumption management:
Click “Settings” — “Power Management” — “Adaptive Mode/Full-time Mode”.
Reminder: Under adaptive mode, the device works full-time when the power is more than 50%; standby when the power is less than 45%.
In full-time mode, the device is on full-time, it is recommended to plug in and turn on according to the actual demand.

1、Red and blue lights flash alternately: pending distribution status, waiting for users to add equipment.
2、Blue light is always on: normal working status of the device.
3、Blue light flashes slowly: the device can not find the network, check whether the network status is disconnected, if you can not connect to the original WiFi network, please reset the device.
4、Red and blue lights flash fast: device upgrade status.

1、Infrared mode
In auto mode, the device will automatically adjust the IR light according to the current ambient light brightness.
If the IR mode is set to ON, the IR light will be turned on and the monitoring image and video will be in black and white.
If the IR mode is set to OFF, the IR light will be turned off and the monitoring image and video will be in color.
2、Full color mode
Under intelligent full-color mode, after triggering detection at night, the white light is always on for 15s, and the monitoring image and video are in color.
Under night vision full-color mode, the white light is turned on at night, the white light is always on for 30 minutes, and the white light is turned off every 30 minutes to judge whether it is daytime or not, and the monitoring images and videos are in color.
3、Night Alarm Mode
Turn on the siren, when the detection is triggered at night, the infrared light of the device will be turned on, and the flashing light and siren will be linked at the same time.
Turn off the alarm sound, after triggering the detection at night, the IR light of the device will turn on, the white light will flash, and the device will not emit the alarm sound.
4、All day alarm mode
In daytime environment, after triggering the detection, the flash and alarm sound will be linked, and the monitoring image and video will be in color.
When the alarm is turned on at night, after triggering the detection, the flashing light and siren will be activated, and the monitoring image and video will be in black and white.
When the alarm is turned off at night and the detection is triggered, the white light will flash, the device will not sound the alarm, and the surveillance image and video will be in black and white color.
